Recommendations and preventive maintenance (for machine noise)

Sounds coming from inside the engine may have several possible causes, including:

1.    Fault in one of the components: The sounds may be caused by damage to one of the components inside the engine such as pulleys, belts, or valves.

2.    Poor lubrication: When the oil level is low or if the oil is old and needs to be changed, this condition may cause abnormal sounds.

3.    Engine overheating: High engine temperature may cause components to expand and make annoying sounds.

4.    Fault in rotating parts: The sounds may be caused by Damage to rotating parts such as bearings or pulleys.

5.    Air or gas leakage: Air or gas leakage from the exhaust pipes or charging system may cause abnormal noises.

6.    Build-up deposits and impurities: Sediments or impurities may build up in some components, causing unwanted noises.

7.    Incorrect adjustment: Abnormal noises may be caused by incorrect adjustment of a component within the engine.

A thorough inspection of the engine should be performed to determine the cause of the noises and take the necessary repair measures.

If the noises are abnormal, they should not be ignored to avoid causing bigger problems in the future.
